What follows is my provisional translation (in other words, not official or authorized; see here for more) of a prayer from Shoghi Effendi, the original text of which has been published in Majmúʻiy-i-Munáját – Ḥaḍrat-i-Valíyy-i-Amru’lláh, p. 41.
He is God
O my compassionate Master! Aid this sincerely devoted servant at Thy threshold to diffuse Thy holy fragrances, that with eloquent speech, unprecedented attraction, conclusive proofs, and complete detachment, he may bring Thy great Cause to the attention of every person, whether high or low; that until the end of his life, he may render this glorious service day and night with unswerving steadfastness; and that he may be accounted as one of Thy lowly thralls and numbered with Thy faithful friends.
