What follows is my provisional translation (in other words, not official or authorized; see here for more) of a Tablet by Bahá’u’lláh, the original text of which has been published in Áthár-i-Qalam-i-A‘lá, vol. 5 (2006 ed.), p. 180 (selection no. 131).
He is the Beholder, the Speaker, the All-Seeing
O Ismá‘íl! God willing, thou hast attained His bounty and art ablaze, in thy youth, with the fire of divine love. This is the day of supreme profit. Happy is the merchant who hath profited by this glorious and wondrous remembrance, along with the believer who hath accepted it and the speaker who hath proclaimed it. Beseech God to unite the hearts of the friends with the Most Great Ocean and adorn them all with the ornament of love. By the life of this Wronged One! Should any soul achieve that which hath been mentioned, he would find himself freed from the sundry veils and troubling sorrows of this world.
Glory rest upon thee, and upon those servants and handmaids who have believed in God, the Incomparable, the All-Informed.
