What follows is my provisional translation (in other words, not official or authorized; see here for more) of a Tablet by Bahá’u’lláh, the original text of which has been published in Áthár-i-Qalam-i-A‘lá, vol. 6 (2006 ed.), p. 527 (selection no. 260).
In the Name of God, Whose Name excelleth all other names
We make mention of the one who attained to the lights of the Kingdom when the Almighty appeared, invested with manifest sovereignty. Day and night, We remember those servants who have turned their faces towards the Countenance of their Lord—the Almighty, the All-Praised—and We enjoin upon them what will profit them in this world and the world to come. He, verily, is the Most Gracious, the Most Generous. Those servants who hearkened unto the call of God when it was raised in truth will—in the estimation of God, the Most Great—be numbered with the inmates of Paradise. The Concourse on High extolleth them, and the Tongue of majesty and grandeur blesseth them, in a station that hath ever been sanctified from the mention of His servants.
O My loved ones! Arise to assist the Cause of God with such conviction that ye shall not be unsettled by the vain imaginings of the doubters. Avail yourselves of the grace of God in these days, and bestir yourselves in anticipation of what hath been ordained for you at the bidding of the All-Powerful, the All-Knowing.
Thus hath mention of thee been revealed in the Kingdom of God, and this glorious Tablet sent unto thee. When thou hast read it, say: “Praised be Thou, O Prisoner in the hands of the oppressors!”
