What follows is my provisional translation (in other words, not official or authorized; see here for more) of a prayer of the Báb, the original text of which appears in INBA 64:17–18. I am grateful to Todd Lawson for offering comments that helped me better understand certain parts of this prayer.
The portion of the translation colored in red is an authorized rendering, published in Selections from the Writings of the Báb (see here).
O Lord! Send down Thy mercy upon me, for verily all mercy is Thine.
O Lord! Bless Thou Muḥammad, Thy Friend, along with the Prophets, and fulfill Thou my need.
O Lord! Bestow Thy blessing on the Points of Thy Cause, as well as him whom Thou hast answered through Thy Guides, and fulfill Thou my needs.
O Lord! I entreat and beseech Thee, and implore the Manifestations of Thy Names, to suffice me in whatsoever is important to me, be they mine earthly affairs or those of the world to come. Thou art, in truth, my Sufficer; powerful indeed art Thou over all things.
O Lord! Forgive me and pardon whosoever hath believed in Thee, whether man or woman, and fulfill Thou our needs. Thou art, verily, the Guardian of the believers.
O Lord! Fulfill Thou our needs by all Thy Names and all Thy Semblances.
O Lord! Leave us not to ourselves, nor to anyone from among Thy creatures.
O Lord! Protect us from the malice of them that have misbelieved, and be Thou sufficient unto us above all things.
O Lord! Unto Thee I repair for refuge, and toward all Thy signs I set my heart.
O Lord! Whether traveling or at home, and in my occupation or in my work, I place my whole trust in Thee.
Grant me then Thy sufficing help so as to make me independent of all things, O Thou Who art unsurpassed in Thy mercy!
Bestow upon me my portion, O Lord, as Thou pleasest, and cause me to be satisfied with whatsoever Thou hast ordained for me.
Thine is the absolute authority to command.
O Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from every rebel in league with the accursed Devil.
O Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from all Thine enemies. Keep me safe, O Lord, from the wickedness of the oppressors and from following the darkness.
Lauded be Thy Name! Thou art the Best of Protectors.
