What follows is my provisional translation (in other words, not official or authorized; see here for more) of a prayer of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, the original text of which has been published in Majmúʻiy-i-Munáját-há: Ḥaḍrat-i-ʻAbduʼl-Bahá, p. 289 (selection no. 259).
O divine Providence! Forgive the sins of these souls and conceal the transgressions of these lowly ones. Thou art aware, Thou art knowing, Thou art informed, Thou art conscious; we are sinners, we are transgressors, we are heedless, we are oblivious; Thou art the Pardoner, Thou art the Forgiver, Thou art the Great, Thou art the Merciful. Thou, verily, art the Absolver, the Concealer.
