What follows is my provisional translation (in other words, not official or authorized; see here for more) of a prayer by ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, the original text of which has been published in Majmúʻiy-i-Munáját-há: Ḥaḍrat-i-ʻAbduʼl-Bahá, p. 457 (selection no. 411).
He is the All-Glorious
O Thou Provider, O Thou Forgiver! Cause this believing handmaiden of Thine, along with her children and descendants, to stand firm and steadfast in Thy Covenant and Testament. Make her strong and staunch in Thy Pact, and shield her from tests and trials. Render her utterly independent of all else but Thee, and grant her a haven wherein to abide within the shelter of Thy pardon and forgiveness. Deliver the apple of her eye, that very core of her heart, from every hardship and grievous calamity, safeguarding her soul and spirit—her kind son—in the stronghold of Thy protection. Thou art, verily, the forgiving Pardoner, the One Who showeth mercy on the Day of Resurrection.
O Lord! Grant this mother and child a refuge in the heart of the Abhá Paradise, and when they ascend from this nether world, bestow upon them a mansion within the precincts of Thy supreme mercy. Verily, Thou art the All-Bountiful, the Most Exalted.
