“O God, praised and holy! O God, merciful and bountiful!”

What follows is my provisional translation (in other words, not official or authorized; see here for more) of a prayer by the Báb. The original text has been published in Nasáʼimu’r-Raḥmán, p. 5.

O God, praised and holy! O God, merciful and bountiful! Dispel our difficulties by Thy grace and favor. Verily, Thou art the Clement, the Beneficent.

A typescript of the complete Arabic text of this prayer appears below.
